We hope that you will join us in making the 2009 festival the biggest and best ever.

Varying levels of sponsorship are awarded advertising space in the Festival program and the North Travis Log. Golden-cheeked Warbler levels will be a part of our branding on every PSA and Press Release distributed.

The new sponsor packages have been designed to offer maximum exposure and benefits for your business. A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, but we will gladly customize a package specific to your marketing goals.

Formerly known as the Texas Songbird Festival, these same events have brought over 1,000 participants out to see the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler and Black-capped Vireo. This year's new format and added events will likely widen the focus and appeal to hikers, naturalists, environmentalists, and families.

The Balcones Songbird Festival is fortunate to have great media partnerships providing a generous amount of promotion for the event. We think you will be pleased with the Advertising campaign we have set up for this year.

Listing on the Festival website 'Circle of Friends' page. In Kind donors will receive sponsor benefits commensurate with the market value of their donation.

• Circle of Friends: Small businesses, entrepreneurships, and individuals who would like to make a contribution other than those listed above. We welcome In Kind donations of services like transport services for tours or promotional services.
• Goodie & Mystery Grab bags: Provide bags or content such as gift certificates, promotional or gifted items for mystery bag sales.
• Volunteer Teams: Individuals, businesses or organizations (clubs) may volunteer time to various needs of the festival.
